Most in-stock orders should be prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Carrier transit time begins after processing and varies by shipping method and destination.

When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information supplied with the order. Carrier updates may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before the order enters fulfillment, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Eligible items may be returned if you contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and the item remains unworn, unwashed, uncut, unaltered, and in its original condition with required packaging and tags.

Wigs and extensions are personal-use products. Once hair has been worn, installed, cut, styled, washed, colored, glued, or otherwise altered, it may no longer be suitable for resale for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.
